Shipping & Returns

We offer all customers FREE SHIPPING service which will take from 5 to 8 business days.  It may take more days during local holidays.

 

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective items, etc.)
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to process your return once we receive it (5-8 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
  • If you want to return an item, please contact admin@jewelryvoutique.com to clarify the reason of the return and to receive a return address ( USA, Italy or China)
  • Note: The natural pearl and stone products we sell are naturally formed, so the texture and gloss on the surface will be different from the pictures.
  •  No exchanges or returns for final sales products.
  • For hygiene reasons, we regret to advise that we do not accept exchanges or returns of all earring products.
  • If any items are missing or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team by email (admin@jewelryvoutique.com) within 7 days (including public holidays) with your order confirmation number. 
  • Please return the items in their original condition: unused, in their original packaging. There will be no exchange if the item has been used and worn.
  •  Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes, or duties paid on any orders.

  • In case of disputes, jewelryvoutique.com  reserves the final right of decision.
